The Movie Daawat E Ishq starts with Parineeti Chopra, a shoe Salesgirl named Gulrez. Gulrez has been sick of the Men who asks Dowry from her father to get married to her. Anupam Kher is playing the Role of Gulrez’s Father in Movie. After get rejected because of failing in paying Dowry, Gulrez (Parineeti Chopra) decides to take revenge of these insults. And she says that She will find a Mr Universe for her. In between she comes in contact with a Cook named Tariq (Aditya Roy Kapoor). Gulrez belongs to Hyderabad while Tariq is from Lucknow. Daawat E Ishq is a great mixture of Hyderabad and Lucknow. The pair of Tariq and Gulrez decides to make the tradistional love recipes in their own style.
